How long do orders take?
Turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped UPS ground in the United States.

What file format and size will I send?
Size your photo down to approximately 2 by 2 inches at 250dpi (500px by 500px) and save it as a jpg for optimal upload time. If you aren't sure how to do this, you may send your file as is if it isn't over 2mb. Files larger than this may take too long to upload.

Do I need to crop my files?
You can crop files, but leaving extra room is ideal as we will have to fit it inside the jewelry and may need extra room to crop.

Can I approve what my jewelry piece will look like after I place my order?
Yes, a proof will be e-mailed to you in 3 to 4 business days for approval. If we receive no approval of the proof in 3 business days we will proceed with the order as shown.

Can you change my photos to black and white?
Yes, you may put this in the special instructions area.

How do I know what size necklace to buy?
Use a piece of string or floss and hold it around your neck to see where you want the necklace to fall. Then measure the string length. Some of our necklaces have an option to add an extender so your measurement would be the length without the extender.

How do I know what size bracelet to buy?

Can I change or update my photos?
Yes, most all of our jewelry items can be updated or changed. The update option will show up on the bottom of the page for each individual piece if it is available.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep this piece looking it's best; avoid wearing it in a pool, hot tub, or salt water. It is also a good idea to remove the piece when bathing or showering. Try to avoid spraying it with perfume, hair spray, or household cleaners. If necessary, use a sterling silver polishing cloth to restore shine to your piece.
